About the Architect
I approach health the same way I approach technology: as a series of interconnected systems. In the world of IT, when a system underperforms, you don’t just "work harder"—you look for the glitch in the code. My journey as The Metabolism Architect began when I realized that most weight loss advice is technically broken.
For years, we’ve been told to "eat less and move more," but for those of us over 40, that’s like trying to run high-end software on outdated hardware. It leads to crashes, brownouts, and frustration.
I’ve spent my time researching the biological "blueprints" that govern how our bodies process energy. I discovered that the secret isn’t starvation; it’s about providing the specific "system updates" our metabolism needs to run at peak efficiency. My mission is to help you debug your metabolic health and architect a body that works for you, not against you.
